Responsibilities
1. Develop and present fresh, strategic, and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and project kick-offs, ensuring alignment with client briefs and target audiences.
2. Lead the artistic vision for advertising campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring creative excellence and consistency across all campaign assets and deliverables.
3. Prepare and present visually compelling mood boards, creative concepts, and advertising strategies to clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with campaign positioning.
4. Engage with clients to understand their campaign vision, propose creative solutions, and ensure campaign consistency and satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams, and strategists to develop integrated advertising campaigns and brand communications that align with campaign objectives.
6. Ensure consistency in campaign messaging, visual language, and storytelling across all touchpoints and formats.
7. Work closely with copywriters, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to create cohesive advertising experiences that resonate with the target audience.
8. Take a hands-on approach to final creative approvals, ensuring quality control and adherence to campaign standards before final delivery.
9. Communicate regularly with the Associate Creative Director (ACD) and leadership to align on creative strategies, project direction, and campaign vision.
10. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new advertising techniques, integrating innovative approaches into campaign development.
11. Contribute to pitches and new business development by crafting strong advertising narratives and creative strategies that support the client’s vision and objectives.
12. Ensure smooth collaboration across teams by resolving communication barriers and project conflicts, maintaining creative quality throughout.
13. Manage workflow and support communication with clients when necessary to address campaign-related concerns or queries.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent in Art & Design.
● 5+ years of experience in Art Direction.
