Creative Crowd is partnering with an ambitious creative agency looking for a talented Creative / Art Director who can bring together big ideas, strong design craft and modern campaign thinking.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience across social, advertising and digital channels and wants more ownership, influence and creative responsibility.
We’re looking for someone who can:
✨ Develop standout campaign concepts
✨ Art direct across social, digital and brand experiences
✨ Create beautifully crafted design work
✨ Build compelling presentations and pitch decks
✨ Bring ideas to life through content, motion or film
✨ Embrace AI tools as part of the creative process
You’ll be joining a growing agency working across a mix of consumer, corporate and technology sectors, with the opportunity to make a genuine impact from day one.
Ideal background:
✔️ 3-5+ years in a creative, advertising or integrated agency
✔️ Strong conceptual thinking
✔️ Excellent design craft (branding, typography, layout)
✔️ Experience across social and digital campaigns
✔️ Curious about AI and emerging creative tools
