Art Director
We are looking for a highly creative and visionary Art Director to lead and elevate the visual direction of our architectural visualization and video production projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of design principles, storytelling, branding, and visual communication, with the ability to guide creative teams in producing compelling and high quality work across multiple mediums.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the creative vision for architectural visualizations, video productions, branding, and marketing campaigns
- Lead and mentor designers, motion graphic artists, video editors, and other creative team members
- Ensure visual consistency and quality across all projects and deliverables
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, architects, and creative teams to translate concepts into impactful visual experiences
- Review and approve creative work, providing constructive feedback and direction
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative creative techniques
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creative excellence and meeting deadlines
- Contribute to concept development, storyboarding, mood boards, and presentation materials
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Art Director, Senior Designer, Creative Lead, or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in design, branding, visualization, and creative direction
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with motion graphics, video production, or 3D visualization workflows
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage creative teams and oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in architectural visualization, creative agencies, or media production is highly advantageous
