Job Description
***Only qualified Art Director candidates located near Manhattan New York to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. ***
Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities
- 8–10+ years of experience in art direction within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign development and premium product storytelling
- Experience leading both still-life and on-figure photo shoots and working closely with photographers and stylists
- Deep understanding of Beauty category trends and consumer behavior
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Beauty experience is a must
- Experience doing retouching notes, experience doing concept decks and being able to concept for varying amounts of product assortments
Preferred Experience
- Experience in art directing still life photoshoots is a plus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead concept development and visual direction for Beauty campaigns and launches
- Oversee art direction for photography, video, print and digital executions
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
- Maintain and evolve the Beauty visual identity across seasonal and evergreen initiatives
