Job Description:
Join a fast-paced in-house creative team delivering concept-driven, visually compelling work across integrated marketing channels. This role blends art direction and hands-on design, translating strategic marketing objectives into impactful creative from ideation through production.
Responsibilities:
- Concept and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, video, and experiential channels
- Translate creative briefs and strategy into strong visual concepts and design solutions
- Deliver high-quality, on-brand creative with strong attention to detail and consistency
- Partner with copywriters, strategists, marketers, and production teams throughout the creative lifecycle
- Present creative concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
- Contribute to creative process improvements and best practices
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in art direction and graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and multi-channel campaign work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience developing integrated campaigns across digital, print, and social channels
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Agency and/or in-house creative team experience
- Motion design or video production experience
- Familiarity with digital performance marketing
- Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
- Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Workfront)
The salary range for this position is $32/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
