Art Director — GCN Myanmar
Game Cast Network Company Limited is looking for an Art Director to join our team in Yangon.
We are looking for someone who can lead the visual direction of our creative works across gaming campaigns, esports events, social media content, sponsor materials, event branding, livestream graphics, and digital campaigns.
This role is not only about creating good designs. We need someone who can guide the creative team, improve the quality of our visuals, and turn ideas into clear creative directions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual direction for GCN’s projects, campaigns, and events
- Develop creative concepts, mood boards, key visuals, and design directions
- Guide designers, motion designers, video editors, and creative freelancers
- Review creative outputs before internal review or client submission
- Work closely with the marketing, social media, broadcast, operations, and business development teams
- Create visual systems for esports tournaments, gaming campaigns, sponsor campaigns, and event branding
- Support pitch decks, sponsorship proposals, campaign presentations, and client materials
- Provide art direction for photoshoots, video shoots, event visuals, LED screens, livestream graphics, and social media content
- Make sure all creative outputs are consistent, high-quality, and aligned with the project direction
Requirements
- Experience as an Art Director, Senior Designer, Creative Lead, or similar role
- Strong portfolio in branding, campaign design, social media content, event visuals, or digital media
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and branding
- Able to lead and give clear feedback to designers and creative team members
- Able to turn campaign objectives into strong creative ideas
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools
- Experience with gaming, esports, entertainment, or youth-focused brands is a plus
- Experience with motion graphics, video production, or event visuals is a plus
- Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects at the same time
- Good communication skills and a responsible working attitude
