We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Architectural Designer to join a listed company’s architectural design team. This role requires strong design ability, solid technical skills, and the capability to manage projects across all phases.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead concept, schematic, and design development stages.
• Produce drawings, 3D models, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage planning submissions, building approvals, and compliance requirements.
• Review work from junior team members and provide guidance.
• Participate in client meetings and present design proposals.
• Support project timelines and ensure design quality throughout delivery.
About You
• 3 years + of architectural design experience.
• Strong conceptual and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
• Good understanding of Australian building codes and construction detailing.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects preferred.
• Architectural registration or progress toward registration is an advantage.
