We’re currently hiring an Ambassador Coordinator to be the welcoming, steady point of contact for our growing ambassador program. What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for ambassadors and influencers, ensuring every interaction feels clear, professional, and positive
- Identify influencers and content creators who align with our brand values and audience
- Onboard new ambassadors with confidence—clearly explaining program guidelines, expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain accurate, organized records of outreach, follow‑ups, and ambassador activity using our CRM
- Be a reliable, friendly resource for ambassador questions and ongoing communication
- Support the marketing team with campaign coordination, tracking, and light reporting
