About the Role

We’re on the hunt for an Amazon Sales Specialist with expert-level skills and a proven track record in scaling Amazon private label brands. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for optimisation, growth, brand building & PPC strategy, and are excited about driving growth through innovative sales and marketing techniques using advanced analytics and AI driven automation, we want you on our team.

On the AI side, we don't expect you to be an expert in AI on day one, but what we are looking for is someone who is willing to take proven Amazon knowledge and combine this with a strong interest in using new AI powered tools to drive better growth and performance.

As an integral part of one of our brand management teams, you’ll take ownership of a selection of our Amazon brands, with a primary goal of elevating sales and profits whilst developing the brands' long term strategy. You’ll design and implement sophisticated traffic and conversion strategies, underpinned by AI powered systems and processes. You will spearhead new product research & launches, and bring an analytical mindset to continually optimising performance, whilst also managing the general health and day-to-day workings of the Amazon accounts at brand and product level.

In this role, you’ll report directly to the Amazon Channel Manager for your brand group and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and specialists to scale brands, maximise profitability, and pioneer new growth opportunities. With our rapid expansion, your ability to take ownership of advanced (AI powered) optimisation systems & Amazon PPC campaigns whilst simultaneously managing and strategising ASIN optimisations critical to success.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Growth:

Implement and operate advanced strategies including AI systems to boost sales, improve profitability, and expand our portfolio brands into new markets on Amazon.

Coordinate and execute impactful new product launches, leveraging data and consumer insights to capture market share.

Advanced Amazon Seller Central Listings and Catalogue Knowledge

Oversee end-to-end listing optimisation, including systems powered keyword research, titles, bullet points, imagery, and A+ Content. Utilising our specialist systems to uncover growth areas and then implement them accordingly.

You'll be responsible for navigating complex flat files,ensuring excellent keyword performance, resolving deep-seated listing suppressions, managing parent-child variations seamlessly, and ensuring flawless brand registry synchronization.

The ideal candidate goes far beyond basic keyword stuffing; you possess a granular understanding of Amazon’s backend logic, catalog health scores, and data contribution overrides – and you know how to use the latest AI tools to accelerate your ability to manage these.

In-Depth PPC Knowledge

Work directly alongside our growth marketers to understand our Amazon PPC campaign plans and be able to optimise sales plans for listing, pricing, organic ranking to drive growth in co-ordiination with our paid advertising plans for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads and more.

Identify and seize opportunities for growth via innovative and creative strategies, tailored specifically to each brand. Approach each brand with a unique and specific strategy, underpinned by the foundational principles of selling on Amazon.  

Data-Driven Insights:

Analyse performance data from Amazon and other sources to uncover trends and actionable insights.

Monitor KPIs like CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, and conversion rates to refine and optimise strategies.

Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations to maximise sales and profit impact.

Inventory & Product Development:

Work with the the Amazon Sales Channel Manager and our Supply Chain team to forecast demand and ensure optimal stock levels across multiple marketplaces.

Identify and capitalise on emerging product trends, playing a role in the whole process alongside our team from product ideation to successful Amazon launch.

AI Operations:

Ability and experience operating and developing AI systems in the context of Amazon operational efficiency and excellence. Systems to include Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, N8N, Lovable amongst others.

Over and above operating an Amazon channel, have the insight and ability to utilise AI systems to rapidly develop Amazon brands – growing revenue & profit whilst automating baseline processes to minimise hours spent on repetitive tasks.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including growth marketers, supply chain, creative specialists, and leadership, to align strategies, ensure seamless execution, share expertise and drive a culture of excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years of Amazon-specific experience, with a proven track record of scaling private label brands and executing advanced PPC strategies.
  • Advanced Seller Central Catalog Mastery: Deep technical expertise in navigating Amazon’s backend logic, resolving complex listing suppressions, executing flawless parent-child variations, and managing bulk flat-file uploads.
  • Data-Driven Listing Architecture: Proven ability to optimize detail pages for maximum conversion while maintaining pristine catalog health, Brand Registry synchronization, and data integrity across a diverse product portfolio.
  • Amazon PPC Understanding: You will work in a PPC adjacent role with our Growth Marketers and need to know how to co-ordinate organic growth improvements with PPC and campaign plans.
  • Data & AI Driven: Proficient in AI systems, analysing and interpreting performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: Highly organised and committed to delivering high-quality work with minimal oversight.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
