The Role
This is a hands-on hybrid role combining:
- Amazon marketplace management
- Listing optimisation
- Keyword research
- AI-assisted content creation
- Creative image direction
- Ecommerce operations support
You will work closely with leadership to improve product listings, increase visibility and conversion rates, and help bring new products and brand ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimise Amazon product listings
- Conduct keyword and competitor research
- Improve listing visibility and conversion rates
- Assist with ecommerce content and creative development
- Use AI and design tools to support listing and image creation
- Support product launches and marketplace growth
- Assist with general ecommerce and operational tasks
- Collaborate with the team on ongoing projects and improvements

Requirements
Essential
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Creative mindset with commercial awareness
- Comfortable using AI tools for productivity and content creation
- Good understanding of ecommerce and online marketplaces
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Experience using Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
Desirable
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with Amazon SEO and keyword research tools
- Experience creating or improving product listing images
- Experience with ecommerce brands or digital marketing
