We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to oversee multiple seller accounts across diverse product categories. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise across all facets of Amazon marketplace management including listing optimization, advertising, inventory planning, shipment creation, promotions, analytics, and client communication.

DETAILS ON EXPECTED SKILLS

Account Management & Health

  • Manage multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts simultaneously across different brands and product categories
  • Monitor and maintain account health metrics, proactively resolving performance notifications and policy violations
  • Handle appeals and compliance issues including product authenticity complaints, IP claims, and listing suppressions
  • Manage seller feedback disputes and removal requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve catalog feed errors (e.g., error code 8541, flat file corrections)

Listing Optimization

  • Full listing creation and rewrites using reverse ASIN keyword research tools
  • Keyword bucketing and placement strategy across listing fields
  • A+ Content development and strategy
  • Buy box monitoring and troubleshooting

Advertising / PPC

  • Building and managing multi-campaign ad structures
  • PPC auditing and optimization
  • TACoS and ACoS analysis
  • Ad spend management and performance reporting

Inventory & Restock Planning

  • Building restock planners using sales velocity and out-of-stock data
  • Identifying inventory-at-risk revenue exposure
  • Prime Day and seasonal demand forecasting
  • Coordinating restock timing around promotions and deals

Shipment Creation & FBA Operations

  • Create and manage FBA inbound shipments including box content planning, labeling, and carrier coordination
  • Monitor shipment receiving status and reconcile inventory discrepancies
  • Troubleshoot shipment issues including missing units, damaged inventory, and receiving delays
  • Manage FBA fee analysis and storage cost optimization
  • Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners on outbound shipment scheduling

Promotions & Events

  • End-to-end Prime Day and peak season strategy
  • Deal submissions, coupon planning, and promotional calendar management
  • Seasonal demand analysis and planning

Analytics & Reporting

  • Seller Central business report analysis (sessions, conversion, revenue)
  • Competitive analysis and benchmarking
  • Building client-facing workbooks, dashboards, and audit reports
  • Unit economics and margin modeling

Client & Business Development

  • Conducting full Amazon audits for prospective clients
  • Catalog strategy consulting (SKU rationalization, hero SKU identification)
  • Producing branded deliverables and strategy presentations
  • Revenue forecasting and performance benchmarking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
