We're looking for a creative and motivated Junior Digital Designer to join our Marketing team. If you're passionate about digital design, user experience, branding, and creating engaging visual content, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Design responsive website pages, landing pages, and digital interfaces.
- Create engaging visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, newsletters, display advertising, and other marketing channels.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI components using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to transform ideas into compelling digital experiences.
- Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline communication materials.
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
- Support the production of print materials when required.
- Stay informed about emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices.
What we're looking for
- 2–3 years of experience in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating web design, UI/UX, branding, and digital creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
- Creativity combined with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience creating motion graphics or simple animations.
- Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools.
