I'm looking for a Direct Response Video Editor who specializes in AI-generated ad formats and performance-driven creative. This role pays $600–$1,600/month.
About the Role:
We are a DTC supplement company. We produce direct response advertising, we do facebook ads only, and are looking to bring on an AI Direct Response Video Editor to help with building high-performing ad creatives using AI-generated formats.

The editor will build ad creatives from scripts, recreate proven ad structures, and generate supporting visuals when needed. This role requires strong critical thinking, creative judgment, and a deep understanding of direct response advertising. The team operates in fast testing cycles, so the position requires consistent output, strong communication, comfort working more than 40 hours per week when necessary, and a long-term mindset focused on growing with the company.
Responsibilities:
• Build ad creatives from scripts without reference ads
• Recreate proven ad formats using new scripts and products
• Modify or expand existing clips for new messaging
• Combine clips into seamless direct response creatives
• Source or generate supporting visuals and B-roll
Example Tools You Will Be Using:
• Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, or Final Cut for editing
• Frame.io for edit review and revisions
• Dropbox for file delivery and asset management
• Discord or Zoom for communication and calls
• Higgsfield, HeyGen, Runway, Pika, or Kling for AI video
• ElevenLabs or PlayHT for AI voice generation
• Midjourney or Leonardo AI for visual generation
• Luma, Vmake, or Veo for AI scene creation
• Captions.ai for subtitles and caption styling
