Metropolis are a marketing consultancy for the property industry who treat our clients’ business like they're our own. As an Ad Creative Design & Activation Specialist, you’ll sit at the intersection of creative and data – designing, deploying, and optimising high-performing digital ad creative across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
This is a newly created and critical role supporting our next phase of growth, giving you the opportunity to shape how creative and performance work together in a competitive property marketing landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce static, carousel, animated, and short-form video ads tailored to each platform
- Translate campaign briefs and performance insights into compelling, high-converting creative concepts
- Collaborate closely with Performance Managers to align messaging, targeting, and creative strategy
- Work alongside Design & Content teams to ensure assets are being produced timely across the broader media strategy
- Launch, test, and iterate creatives in real-time alongside the Performance team
- Use data (CTR, CVR, CPL) to inform creative optimisation and refresh cycles
- Manage creative libraries, naming conventions, and version control for efficient deployment
- Support A/B testing, Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO), and platform-specific frameworks
- Leverage AI tools (e.g. AdCreative.ai, Runway, Midjourney) to enhance production speed and quality
- Continuously explore new tools, trends, and workflows to improve output and performance
Our ideal person:
- Has 3+ years experience in digital design or ad creative production (within an agency environment is a +++)
- Has strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS)
- Is highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Has motion graphics or short-form video editing experience
- Understands platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, safe zones, best practices)
- Has experience translating data insights into actionable creative ideas and brand assets into platform specific ad creative
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience with AI creative tools
- Have worked in property or real estate marketing
