THE ROLE

This role is on-site in Sydney in a small boutique agency, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of brand, design, marketing and advertising campaign projects. You will collaborate with our creatives to drive strategic recommendations, and identify opportunities for success. You are responsible for account planning, deadlines, project budgets, and maintaining strong client relationships.

PREREQUISITS

* You need to be comfortable if not actually seeking to work in a boutique environment.

* Commitment to work on-site in Sydney in an efficient environment.

* Excellent Project Management skills in overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality controlling work.

* Strong Account Management skills, including building relationships, managing client portfolios, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

* Demonstrated Team Management and Team Leadership experience, with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary teams.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategic recommendations and influence stakeholders.

* Proven pitch capabilities, including identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and developing proposals, and supporting new business initiatives.

* Experience in creative agencies in marketing and or advertising.
