  • Handle client communication across Slack, email, calls, and meetings, ensuring responsiveness, clarity, and strong relationship management
  • Translate brand goals, creative direction, and project objectives into clear internal briefs and action plans
  • Proactively manage client expectations, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships, expand scope, and improve overall client experience

Production & Project Management

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of branded content videos, from kickoff through final delivery
  • Work closely with producers, creatives, talent, and post-production teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget
  • Manage shoot planning and logistics in collaboration with production leads (scheduling, locations, talent, assets, approvals)
  • Track milestones, deliverables, revisions, and feedback loops across multiple concurrent projects
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, project objectives, and platform best practices

Internal Coordination & Communication

  • Maintain clear, organized communication across Slack and project management tools
  • Keep internal stakeholders and Account Director updated on timelines, priorities, and client feedback

Operational Responsibilities

  • Manage scopes of work, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with leadership
  • Ensure a high bar for organization, follow-through, and accountability across all brand engagements

Qualifications

  • 1.5-3 years of experience in account coordinating/management, brand partnerships, or client services at a digital production company, creative agency, or branded content studio
  • Strong understanding of digital content production workflows (pre-production, production, post-production)
  • Proven experience managing brand clients and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with comfort operating primarily in Slack and fast-moving environments
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
  • Based in Los Angeles and available for in-person meetings, shoots, and productions as needed

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with creators, influencers, or talent-led productions
  • Familiarity with short-form and platform-native content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Background in branded entertainment, social content, or performance-driven content
  • Comfort navigating fast-growth, entrepreneurial environments

Why This Role
