المهام والمسؤوليات:
- زيارة العقارات والتصوير الاحترافي (صور وفيديو)
- إعداد المحتوى المرئي الجاهز للتسويق والقوائم العقارية
- دعم الفريق في المهام الإدارية والتشغيلية اليومية
- التنسيق مع العملاء ومتابعة الملفات والعقود
المتطلبات:
- سعودي الجنسية
- خبرة عملية موثّقة في التصوير الفوتوغرافي و الفيديو
- مهارات تواصل اجتماعي عالية ومنفتحة
- قدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة بكفاءة وفي آنٍ واحد
- دافعية ذاتية وروح مبادرة واضحة
- مهارات إدارية وتنظيمية قوية

We're looking for a motivated Saudi national to join our team at Aouj Estates.
Job Title: Real Estate Marketer – Photography & Operations
Location: Dhahran, Al Khobar, Dammam, Eastern Province
What you'll do:
- Visit properties and capture high-quality photos and video clips that showcase each asset at its best
- Prepare visual content ready for marketing use and property listings
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, file preparation, client coordination, contract follow-ups
What we're looking for:
- Saudi national
- Proven experience in photography or videography (real estate, commercial, or creative — your portfolio speaks louder than a degree)
- A people person with strong social and communication skills
- A motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A multitasker who can handle field work and office responsibilities without dropping the ball
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
