We're hiring at TMK Pantry
I'm Mira Shah, co-founder of TMK Pantry a premium, clean-label sauce brand founded by my mother, Tanvi Shah, and me. Tanvi is a nutritionist and entrepreneur with deep expertise in clean eating; I studied Sustainable Development and Business Management at the University of St Andrews and bring a background in marketing and brand strategy.
TMK Pantry grew out of The Millennial Kitchen, the food community we built in 2019 around real cooking, clean ingredients, and the idea that what you put in your food matters.
We make premium sauces: truffle, Japanese Thai, and tahini. Extra virgin olive oil base. No preservatives. No added sugar. Designed to work as a dressing, marinade, dip, or finishing sauce.
We are now ready to build the visual identity of this brand from the ground up and we are looking for the right person to lead that.

What you'll own:
🎯 Brand strategy — develop and document the complete visual and brand direction
🔤 Logo suite — primary, secondary, and icon variants
🎨 Typography system & colour palette — built to scale across every touchpoint
📦 Packaging system — label design framework for all four SKUs and future products
🖌️ Iconography system — a cohesive visual language for the brand
📱 Social media framework — templates, grids, and visual language across platforms
💻 Website design — template-based, built to convert
📖 Brand guidelines manual — a complete, living document for the brand
What we're looking for:
✔ A strong portfolio — student or professional work is welcome
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma
✔ A genuine passion for brand identity and packaging design
✔ Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual systems
✔ An eye for detail and the ability to think both creatively and strategically
✔ Familiarity with social media design and digital formats
✔ Excellent use of AI tools for design ideation and workflow
✔ Self-directed and comfortable owning a project from strategy to delivery

Bonus if you bring:
⭐ Experience with food, FMCG, or lifestyle branding
⭐ Knowledge of print production and dieline specifications
⭐ Motion graphics, AI design tools, or 3D rendering skills
⭐ Comfort working with brand strategy frameworks, not just execution
⭐ An interest in clean eating, wellness, or the food industry
